Malletsheugh Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions

Validity
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date the voucher will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or exchanged.

Denominations
Vouchers are available in preset amounts, starting from £10, and any additional denominations as specified at the point of sale.

Use

The voucher can be redeemed against food and drink at The Malletsheugh.

It can only be used in full or part payment of a bill. If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the remainder must be paid by the customer by cash, debit or credit card.

The voucher is not redeemable for cash, and no change will be given if the bill is less than the voucher value.

Presentation & Redemption
The physical (or e-voucher) must be presented at the time of payment. Vouchers must be redeemed in-person at The Malletsheugh and cannot be used for online bookings or orders (unless otherwise agreed).

Non-transferable & Non-refundable
The voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable. Once issued, it cannot be exchanged, returned for cash, replaced if lost or stolen, or re-issued in the event of loss or damage.

Single Use / Balance
Each voucher can only be used once. Any unused balance remaining after redemption will be forfeited.

Booking & Availability
Use of the voucher may be subject to table availability. It is recommended to book in advance; voucher does not guarantee a table reservation without prior booking confirmation.

Amendments
The Malletsheugh reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified at the point of purchase or displayed publicly at the venue.

Legal Rights
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Entrants are bound by UK consumer legislation.
